Thermaduct is a patented pre-insulated rectangular outdoor duct system offering high insulated values and virtually zero air leakage, all enclosed in a 1000-micron UV-stable vinyl cladding. It integrates duct, insulation, and weather barrier in one system, engineered to exceed SMACNA Phenolic Duct Construction Standards.
R-8 through R-24 | 10" Positive to 10" Negative
Thermaround is a round, pre-insulated phenolic duct system for outdoor use, offering R-12 thermal value and minimal air leakage with the same durable 1000-micron vinyl cladding. Its smooth aluminum interior supports superior indoor air quality by eliminating fibrous materials in the airstream.

Thermaround Architectural provides the same high-performance phenolic insulation systems with added exterior customization, including metal cladding in a variety of colors. Floval is a flat oval, UL 181 listed duct system for indoor use, providing the same performance benefits as InspiralR, with an ideal shape for ceiling-restricted spaces on applications. It combines smooth airflow with a lightweight phenolic structure, low air leakage and high insulated values that is suitable for a wide range of standard HVAC applications.
